Report of danger caused by stagnation of Wharf or Webster Creek during last summer + fall it was difficult to force a boat through the mass of decaying vegetable matter in many places, and for long distances in this creek large quantities of dead fish lay upon the surface. Junks of putridity detached therefrom floated into the main stream and down to the highway.
